New Student Registration

    The pre-screener is     REQUIRED for all new Pre-K and Kindergarten students before they are able to register. 

     

    New Student Enrollees:

    Must provide all required documents:

    1. Child’s Birth Certificate 

    2. Child’s Social Security Card

    3. Child’s Immunization Records (current) 

    4. Proof of Residency

      • Most current Utility Bill (Electric, Gas or Water) OR

    a Lease Agreement/Mortgage Statement 

    1. Parent/Guardian Photo ID

    2. Child’s previous year Report Card

    3. Legal Documentation (Ex: Student Name Change, Custody etc.)
