Taylor ISD Ambassador Program
Please join us for an in-depth look at the programs and opportunities available to all students in Taylor ISD. We welcome your questions and comments and we work to Inspire, Equip and Empower every student to achieve their unique potential.
You’ll get to:
- Spend one day each month with us, September through March, visiting every campus and listening to district speakers.
- Learn about the programs and opportunities currently available across the district.
- Observe lessons and activities designed to maximize student learning and explore extracurricular activities that are offered at each campus.
- Find out what Taylor ISD is doing to accomplish our vision of intentionally empowering the whole child.
Taylor ISD invites parents and community members to take an in-depth look at the programs and opportunities offered to students across the district. Participants will then have current and accurate information about the Taylor public schools to share with others.
All applications for enrollment in the TISD Ambassador program must be completed no later than Friday, September 23, 2022.A criminal background check is required for participation in the Ambassador program.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered.Applicants will be notified of acceptance as soon as the background check is complete. The 2022-2023Ambassador class will meet from 8:15am – 2:30pm on September 29, October 18, November 4, December 1, January 12, February 8 and March 1.Acceptance into the Ambassador program is for the participant only, and participants are asked not to bring children or other guests to the sessions.For more information, please contact Tim Crow, Communications and Community Liaison at tcrow@taylorisd.org or at 512.365.1391Please complete the application and background check at the links below.
