Post Activity Student Release Form
For students traveling with a parent after a competition, the Post Activity Student Release form must be completed and personally handed to the coach at "sign out." Players will not be released to their parents if this form is not complete. Players will not be released to anyone other than their parent or legal guardian.

Athletic Physical Form
Athletes must have a current physical examination on file before being allowed to participate in an athletic activity.

Rank One Step-by-Step Instructions
Taylor ISD uses the Rank One online system for all UIL paperwork. We do not issue or accept paper packets or copies of UIL paperwork. Please follow the Rank One Step-by-Step Instructions document to set up a Parent Account and sign the required UIL documents online for your student(s).

Taylor ISD Athletic Handbook
The Taylor ISD Athletic Handbook contains a general statement of the administrative regulations governing the overall athletic program. Provisions of this Athletic Handbook may be expanded, modified, or revoked only by actions of the Athletic Director, Superintendent, or the Board of Education. If any of the provisions of this Athletic Handbook conflict with federal or state laws, and regulations, or Board policy, those provisions are superseded by applicable law or Board policy. The provisions of this Athletic Handbook are severable, and the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision will not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the other provisions.
