Taylor ISD, in partnership with the College Board, will be offering high school students the opportunity to take Advanced Placement (AP) Exams during the month of May. The College Board exam fee is $94 per exam. College Board allows a fee reduction for those students who qualify for free/reduced lunch. All other students will be required to pay the full price for the exam. To offset the full cost, Taylor ISD will contribute funds to assist with the cost for the 2019 AP exams.
• Cost to student with previous instruction for each AP Exam: $50
• Cost to student without previous instruction for each AP Exam: $94
• Cost to student on free/reduced lunch for each AP Exam: $15
Students may begin signing up online on October 30th HERE.
The link to sign up is also on the school website. Students will pay in the Counselor’s Office. Payment plans are available as needed. All students planning to take an AP Test(s) need to sign up and pay fees by Friday February 1, 2019.
