Brittany Harley joined Taylor ISD to become one of two Biology teachers with an interest in coaching Volleyball and Softball in July 2022. Brittany brings an abundance of knowledge and experience that she is excited to share with the THS community.

 

Brittany came to us from an Outdoor Education background, having 7 years experience teaching students in numerous environments, both inside and outside the classroom. Her focus of study has always been biology, environmental conservation, veterinary science, animal behavior modification, and animal science.

 

Brittany's education background includes attending Pflugerville High School, then graduating from Tarleton State University, in Stephenville, TX, with a bachelors degree in Animal Science and Minors in both Biology and Chemistry in 2015. 

 

Currently, Brittany resides locally and enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time outside, playing sports, and exploring some of the local venues Austin has to offer.
