      I am entering my 8th year of teaching. I am teaching World Geography and        one section of Government/Economics.               
      I am also the Head Girls Basketball Coach and Assistant Cross Country Coach.
      My wife name is Tiffany and we have two amazing kids named Ziah and                Malakai. We are excited to join the Duck family and look forward to                      seeing you at our basketball games this year.

  • Hi, I'm Coach Jay Reed.  I've been teaching and coaching at Taylor High School since 2016.  I teach Read 180 and coach girls basketball and girls track. 
     
    My hometown is Clovis, New Mexico, and I graduated from Clovis High School.  After graduation, I went to college at Hardin Simmons University (Go Cowboys).
     
    Spending time with my family is one of my favorite things.  My daughters, Ansley and Adalynn, keep my wife Jamie and I extremely busy.  I also love to golf, fish, watch movies, and watch sports.
     
    I love working with students and look forward to another great year
